Problem Statement:

According to my own point of view as a young person I'd like to put myself in the shoe of that disabled person in the community who is not working or studying because of lack of either education discrimination or employment also adults.
Ok this leads to disadvantaged disabled youths or children rate of begging and doing some unjust acts that help them in their daily lifestyles
For example begging in the streets and other things,,so what if we figure out how to protect the person with disability by educating them and protection against discrimination and after education get thema

Innovation Description:

First there are obviously people who are very willing to learn or do something else instead of staying in the streets begging for food and money for their daily upkeep,,so how about you consider patrolling around streets and gathering all the willing people with disability. Support them in the basic needs shelter and education for example come up with centers per county which will cater all their needs in the best ways for the youth and children they will be very glad and advantaged because they will get to interact with other people and other disabled persons and learn more from each other through networking.
Discrimination is one major thing that discourages us the moment any person says you can't do this because of this and this or because of your condition or because of how you look it discourages them and the courage to wake up and try again next time diminishes if they get education and taught about skills on how to protect their rights and
For the adults run gumbaru special classes that will help the willing ones or educate them on starting some projects and how to manage them provide them with Capital and support them till they are stable enough to stand for themselves.
My major concern is on the tech world of course the world is evolving and everything is becoming digital they can learn digital skills or things that I've mentioned above though digital platforms ,,, education on digital skills will help many children and youths making them eligible for employment and all .Lastly after education support them to get employed in stable companies and they will be able to feel as the other person's and will be able to support their families and keep up with this economy of the country Kenya

My innovation gets unique because it's major concern is impacting the disabled persons with skills especially digital skills that will help them in coping with this evolving world and reducing the rate of street disabled people
Also these the rate of street begging will decrease in a higher rate because every willing persons will be educated according to their personal interests and many will be glad to be part of the program they will be very confident knowing that they have someone to support them in one way or another
Unemployment and discrimination issues will be covered still because after they get education and training they will be able to stand strong for their rights and also get jobs without being discriminated
By any employer .The community will curb the lack of education discrimination of the disabled and lack of employment thus leading in to a happy and able community.
