Across West Pokot county countless individuals face barriers in accessing accurate SRH information, vital healthcare services and fundamental right to make informed decision about their reproductive lives. This lack of access leads to pervasive issues like unplanned pregnancies, maternal mortality and spread of sexual transmitted infections (STIs). Discrimination, social norms and insufficient information perpetuate the cycle of
misinformation and limited access, disproportionately affects women and young adolescent and other marginalized
groups for example people living with disability.

This innovative approach to SRHR is a multifaceted solutions that combines technology and community
engagement to bridge existing gaps and empower individuals with comprehensive knowledge on SRH, accessible
healthcare services and the ability to exercise their reproductive rights confidently.
1. Using friendly social media platforms, for example local radios, facebook and twitter we provide easily accessible
and culturally sensitive sexual reproductive health education covering topics range from safe sex and family
planning and gender equality, ensuring individuals can make informed decisions about their reproductive lives.
2. Advocacy program: our advocacy programs will work towards policy changes aiming to dismantle legal barriersand promote comprehensive sexual education in schools and public spaces.
