Teen pregnancy and rape cases alongside difilements have been on rise and we gave out a secret toll line that those in Community use whenever they want to copulate and lack condoms,so they call and immediately link them to our youth Community agents and their problems get sorted.Equally this is done to the ladies and even adviced to have the female condoms in the sexual risk areas. This fights new HIV infections and Unwanted or even teen pregnancy as far as Sexual reproductive health and rights are concerned

This strategy works in essence that after clients dialing the number we we share with them in our community inreaches and outreaches,in schools,in churches and in local radio shows, they call; at a free cost then to our community agents who are close to these people are linked with them and the work is made easier.

Nonetheless, through our community health promoters,we get to educate the community Community about the importance of condoms as far as family planning is concerned. So far there has been a positive response from those that have used the idea and even to those that got the information from the chain link of this people,it's really encouraging them because their "sexual reproductive health safeties are just a call away from them."

For cases, defilement the police are also linked to respond to the perpetrators and we include them in giving guidance as far as "Sexual Risk Areas" are concerned.
It includes everyone who is at risk and service delivery also involve all community health workers,youth peer providers and youth agents.
